TCDE maintains the DocStar server for all districts in Tehama County.  Licensing and maintenance costs are included as a district choice in the agreement for tech services.  The following districts participate:

TCDE is transitioning the official records system to DocStar to provide greater ease of access and record management.

 DocStar is available via web access or for full access and all rights and privileges from a login on the department maintained server.

To add the login to your desktop:

Districts - discuss with your CBO who will make contact with Jeff White once the request has been approved.

TCDE Staff - Discuss with your supervisor.  Your program manager will grant approval and delineate rights and priveleges/permissions to access the data in the system.  Program managers: forward requests to records in business services.
