21st Century Skills

In order to succeed after high school, students are expected to develop 21st century student outcomes that includes not only content knowledge but also 21st century themes, creativity, problem solving, communication, collaboration, media literacy, and life skills such as leadership and adaptability. In order to meet these outcomes and the many more included in the 21st Century Framework, teachers and the community must encourage students and provide models for them in and outside of the classroom in a new 21st century learning environment.
