The Business Services Department of the Tehama County Department of Education provides fiscal support to all school districts in Tehama County, as well as to the many programs provided by the County Office of Education. These services include:

District Fiscal Services: Maintaining a financial & budgetary accounting system, monitoring budgets, processing cash receipts, providing fiscal reports, auditing and processing payroll and accounts payable, monitoring and certifying attendance reporting county-wide, holding regular informational and training meetings for district business services staff

Internal Business Services: Fiscal support services to the County Office and its programs

Chart of Accounts: Easy to use guide of current account components available for use.

Escape Online: Escape System Management and user support is provided for internal and external staff. 

Payroll & Retirement Systems: County Office and district payroll preparation and oversight, preparing and auditing retirement contributions of the County Office and District personnel
