TCDE provides computing and technical support to select Tehama County school districts, including:

- Student device configuration and support
- Printer and other peripheral support
- G-Suite account maintenance
TCDE assists districts in Tehama County with their Student Information System (SIS) needs.
- CALPADS training and support for all Tehama County schools
- Aeries / CALPADS training and support for subscribing districts in Tehama County
- Help desk with full product support
- Hosting, backup, and maintenance of Aeries including separate training and sandbox environments
- Gradebook with integrated Google Classroom
- Online student registration
- Parent and student portals
- Standards-based report cards for elementary schools
- Extract and integration assistance with third-party applications
