Title III Consortium

Presently 13 school districts in Tehama County, representing 35 schools along with the County School Superintendent, operate a service to assist with the administration of State and Federal categorical funds.

WHAT ARE THE SERVICES?

Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS) submission of winter and spring reports.
Assist and monitor plans for Districts/School required by the Department of Education (SPSA, ESSA, Safety, etc.)
Conduct Business Meetings at the County Office
School Site Council (SSC) training workshops
Administrator trainings on Categorical Programs
Assist Districts using the California Accounting and Improvement System (CAIS)
Representation at Schoolwide Support, CO-OP Director's meetings, and CDE monthly briefings
Oversee the Title III Consortium for LEP Funding
"Staying on Track" information publication and quick response to member's questions and concerns
