ESS math coaches serve as a resource for teachers, providing materials, information, and encouragement.  Coaches provide ongoing support during the school year, helping teachers gain new knowledge as they design and implement effective lessons. Coaches also offer support to help teachers reflect on their practice and give them the opportunity to engage in professional conversations about student learning.
