ESS science coaches works with school sites to provide resource materials, information, and encouragement for teachers.  Coaches provide ongoing support during the school year, helping teachers gain new knowledge as they design and implement effective lessons. Coaches also offer support to help teachers reflect on their practice and give them the opportunity to engage in professional conversations about student learning.
