The Tehama Teacher Induction Program offers two enrollment periods for candidates. Our traditional enrollment period is closely aligned with most schools' academic calendars when most new teachers start their teaching assignments. Our mid-year enrollment is intended for new teachers who are late hires to their agencies or recently passed their TPAs and/or RICA and need to be connected with a mentor as soon as possible for success in their teaching assignment.

Requirements to Enter an Induction Program
- Preliminary Credential
Eligibility for Clearing a Credential Through Induction
- Teachers whose Preliminary credential renewal codes indicate eligibility for clearing the following credentials: Multiple Subject, Single Subject, and Education Specialist Preliminary Credentials and teachers who hold an Executive Order Preliminary Credential
- Teachers with Out-of-State Credentials
- Teachers with Credentials from other countries
